obSubMuxer can join more than one languages on one single vobsub file (idx/sub).

Vobsub files, generated by the extracion of the dvd, can contain more than one language streams. So if you rip an dvd on your computer, the extracted idx/sub package may contain more than one languages in one file[sub/idx].

This is an really good solution if you want to watch your film (test.avi) with all the supported languages that where on dvd (test.sub/test.idx).

This option is not possible instead if you have multiple srt files.

Txt2vobsub generates two idx/sub files and not one.

So you have to join them and get only one package that contains both languages.

Another use of VobsubMuxer is when you already have an extracted idx/sub file but it does not contain an certain language and you simply want to add it on that package.

Using Txt2vobsub you can convert the extra srt subtitle file to an vobsub file with ONE language.

After that, VobsubMuxer can mux these two packages (one multilanguage - one single language) in one single multilanguage idx/sub package. For more tips and tricks please look at the 'features' section and on 'How to use' section.
